Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Hackney (Office), with site visits across Central London
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)

Our client are a dynamic and growing construction company based in Hackney, currently 40 strong and expanding. Known for their “can-do” attitude and strong reputation, they're seeking like-minded individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment.
The Role:
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to support their project management team and assist with general office operations. You’ll be reporting directly to two directors and will play a key role in helping to deliver projects efficiently across a range of sites in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects

Provide administrative and logistical support to the project managers and office team

Liaise with site staff, suppliers, and subcontractors

Help manage project documentation, schedules, and reporting

Be flexible to support both on-site and office needs
Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry

No specific qualifications required, but a strong understanding of construction processes is essential

Highly organised, proactive, and a genuine team player

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
