Carpenter
ConnectGRP require an experienced 1st fix roofing carpenter for a new community centre in central Brighton.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, specifically in 1st and 2nd Fix work
- Previous experience working on construction and refurbishment sites
- Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Reliable and punctual attitude, with good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform 1st and 2nd Fix carpentry tasks on various construction sites
- Follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure quality standards
- Assist in the installation of doors, windows, flooring, and frameworks
- Collaborate with other trades to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations
