Electrical Project Manager - Permanent Position

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent (with projects across London and Home Counties)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Benefits: Car mileage and travel to site allowance, 20 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join there dynamic team. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Contracts Directors, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of electrical installation projects ranging from £10k to £1m.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Ensure successful execution and completion of multiple concurrent electrical installation projects
Client Management: Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with there established client base
Commercial Management: Project pricing, profit optimisation, and financial oversight
Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet defined timescales and maintain high-quality standards
Technical Leadership: Electrical design, technical submissions, and project reporting
Team Coordination: Oversee site teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers
Business Development: Work with existing clients to identify and secure future opportunities

What They Are Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record in electrical project management within the building services industry
Technical Knowledge: Strong electrical background with design and installation experience
Commercial Acumen: Understanding of project pricing, estimating, and profit management
Client Focus: Excellent communication skills and client relationship management
Leadership: Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders
Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project sites across London and Home Counties
Location: Must live within 60 minutes commuting distance of Tunbridge Wells
