Job Advert: Permanent Electrical Site Manager
Our client, a reputable Electrical company based in Central London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Electrical Project Manager. This exciting opportunity is perfect for candidates looking to further their career in the electrical sector with an established UK-based commercial electrical contracting company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in site management, only within electrical projects, and will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a focus on electrical projects - minimum 2 years at Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
- JIB / ECS Black card for Managers
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of project progress, including reports and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during project execution.
The Package:
- £60,000 per annum (applicants wanting freelance roles are also welcomed).
- 07:00 - 16:00pm standard working hours.
- 18th November start date
