Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site/Project Manager to oversee a prestigious commercial office fit-out project in Westminster, London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the electrical installations aspect of this high-profile development reporting directly into the Contract Managers.
Placement commences on the 6th January 2025.
Project Details
- Location: Westminster, London
- Duration: January 6th 2025 - November 2025
- Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
- Rate: £300-£350 per day (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of electrical installations within the commercial fit-out
- Coordination with main contractor and sub-contractors
- Resource management and scheduling
- Quality control and compliance oversight
- Health and safety management
- Progress reporting and documentation
- Client liaison and meetings
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical site/project management
- SMSTS certification preferred (SSSTS considered)
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations
- Experience with CAT-A and CAT-B office fit-out projects
- Understanding of current electrical regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
