Ganger Supervisor
Connect Grp UK Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and experienced ganger Supervisor to join our client, a reputable glass partition company based in Central London. This exciting opportunity offers a contract duration of 18 months with a competitive rate of £190 per day. We are looking for a candidate who possesses substantial experience in site supervision and is ready to ensure quality and safety on the job site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in internal glass partitions.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse workforce.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to conduct risk assessments.
- CSCS Card

- 1st aid
- PASMA
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on-site, including deliveries.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and labour.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Manage communication between the project management team and on-site workers to ensure clarity of tasks and expectations.
