The Opportunity
Our client is a well-respected and established Demolition Company looking for an experienced Labourer to join their team working on the demolition of a warehouse. The ideal candidate is expected to have considerable knowledge and practice of the relevant safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience of demo labourer in a warehouse, commercial or industrial setting
- A good working knowledge of demolition, health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work as part of a team or independently
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with demolition and dismantlement of buildings
- Preparing and packaging demolition materials for removal
- Loading and unloading demolition materials
- Erecting barriers and other safety equipment
- Assisting other tradesmen as required
