Lifting Supervisor

Connect Grp UK Ltd is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity on behalf of our client, a reputable demolition company based in Bristol. They are currently seeking a Lifting Supervisor to join their team for a 6-month project. This role offers competitive pay at £26 per hour. If you have experience in crane and lift supervision, particularly in the demolition industry, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Crane / Lift Supervisor in the demolition sector.
• Relevant certification and qualifications for lifting operations.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to lifting and demolition.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all lifting operations to ensure they are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement lift plans in accordance with industry best practices.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments prior to lifting operations.
• Coordinate between various teams to ensure seamless execution of demolition activities.
• Monitor and document all lifting activities and report any incidents or discrepancies.
