Join Our Clients Team as a Mechanical Contracts Manager
Our client, a leading M&E company in the UK, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to initially head up a £13,000,000 Cat A office fit-out in central London.
Requirements:
- 5 Years+ proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or above
- Programming ability
- Strong knowledge of commercial management and financial acumen
- Excellent understanding of M&E systems and processes
- Health & safety experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mechanical contracts, ensuring compliance and successful delivery
- Lead and support a team of Mangers, Supervisors and project staff
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive operational efficiency and performance improvements
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of project timelines and budgets
