Mechanical Site Manager - Education Building
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join our principal M&E contractor client in a contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing full plumbing, HVAC, and plant room installations, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour on the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all mechanical installations on-site
- Setting out
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS Manager's card
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and plant room systems
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and project spec
Desirable:
- Experience working on multi-million-pound commercial new build projects
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00pm
