Connect Grp UK are looking for a Multi-Trader/Handyman for a project in Knebworth, Hertfordshire working on a care home refurbishment, starting on Tuesday 30th August for a temporary project for an estimated 40 weeks.
Duties to include:
- Walls to be marked by others
- Handyman to cut the walls
- Allow the plumber to undertake their works
- Note temporary patches will need to be installed over the openings at the end of each day and lunch breaks
- Once plumbing works are complete, walls to be closed up. Tape and jointed
- Decoration then required
- Cleanliness of up most importance due the nature of the project, can’t have anything left behind un attended
- DBS certificate required
- Tools required
Successful candidates will need the following:
- CSCS Card
- DBS will be essential
- Formal ID (Rights to work in the UK)
- Full PPE
- Own tools
- Must be able to provide 1-2 checkable references.
Working hours 8:00am until 17:00pm. Pay rate £18 per hour and paid CIS. Paid 8 hours with 2 half hour breaks.
