Connect Grp UK is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Office Administrator to join our clients Portsmouth team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including booking appointments, record keeping, accurate tracking, and assisting the planning team and supervisors with any elements required to undertake the works set.
Key Responsibilities:
- To order and track traffic management.
- Monitor and keep accurate records for plant and materials.
- Ensure accurate records are captured.
- Attend any meetings regarding the current programmes.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed to a high standard.
Key Experience, Skills & Behaviors needed:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Data systems experience (desirable)
- Organised, reliable and conscientious with good time keeping.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Procurement experience (desirable)
Key Daily Tasks:
- Monitoring database of jobs, plant, materials, and transport.
- Producing accurate reports
- Checking tasks are complete and changing any anomalies.
- Reporting data to client
- Accurate record keeping for transport, plant, and materials.
- Assisting with any administrative tasks
