Painter

Connect Grp UK Ltd is is looking for a Painter. This is a short-term role offering competitive pay of £22 per hour for a duration of 2 weeks. Starting on Tuesday 6th May. We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in Painting & Decorating to contribute effectively to the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter, specifically in Painting & Decorating.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Familiarity with various painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to interpret project specifications and work from plans and sketches.
• Valid references from previous employers in a similar role.
• Blue CSCS card minimum
• IPAF (3a) ticket is essential as work will be carried our from a MEWP platform

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and taping as necessary.
• Apply paints, stains, and finishes with precision to achieve a smooth and even coat.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
• Inspect and assess work in progress to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to complete projects on time.
