We require a painter at Lewisham Hospital.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a painter, preferably within a main contractor environment
Strong understanding of painting techniques and surface preparation
Ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings
Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a contract setting
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
Apply paints, varnishes, and coatings to various surfaces to meet project specifications
Ensure all work is completed within designated timeframes and safety standards
Collaborate with site teams and project managers to coordinate works effectively
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
