Painters
We require 6 x painters for some short term finishing work on hospital in Orpington
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter, preferably within a main contractor setting.
- Solid understanding of painting techniques and surface preparation.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in painting and decorating.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on-site.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Blue CSCS card
- Own whites and brushes
Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary prior to painting.
- Applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes according to specifications.
- Ensuring all work adheres to health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborating with site managers and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery.
