Connect Grp UK are looking for a Planning Administrator for one of our valued clients based in Portsmouth for a permanent position with an immediate start available.
Main duties of the job role are to assist the planning team with all tasks including metering, new service connections and reinstatement works as set by our client.
Key Responsibilities:
• To process incoming work requests and produce work packs
• Monitor gangs progress throughout the day
• Ensure accurate records are captured
• Attend any meetings regarding the current programmes
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed to a high standard
Key Tasks:
• Monitoring database of incoming jobs
• Producing work packs for gangs
• Checking work complete and changing any anomalies
• Reporting data to client
• Assisting Street works Team with any administrative tasks set
Key Experience, Skills & Behaviours needed:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy & attention to detail
• Some data systems experience ideal
• Organised, reliable and conscientious
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good time keeping
