PLUMBER REQUIRED – COMMERCIAL PROJECT | HOLBORN VIADUCT, LONDON

Rate: £230 /day | Start: 23/02/2026 | Duration: 6-8 Weeks

We are currently recruiting an experienced CSCS-carded Plumber for an exciting commercial project based at Holborn Viaduct, London. This is a great opportunity to join a busy site with a strong team and consistent weeks of work.

The Role

You'll be working on a commercial project carrying out first fix plumbing works. The scope of work includes:

First fix domestic pipework (15mm – 28mm copper)
First fix cast iron Ensign drainage (50mm – 110mm)
Final connections to prefabricated walls
Testing of pipework systems

What We're Looking For

Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Proven experience in commercial plumbing and first fix installations
Competent working with copper pipework and cast iron drainage
Productive, hardworking attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a professional approach to work
