Our client, a leading Groundwork company are kicking off a new project in Heathrow, West London, and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project, site, or construction management
- Demonstrable background in groundworks, deep drainage and earthworks
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- In-depth understanding of construction processes and regulations
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Gold or Black CSCS card
- Wanting PAYE employment
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution from inception to completion
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support as necessary
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resources, and make adjustments as needed
