Site Administrator - Demolition
Connect Grp UK Ltd is excited to present a new opportunity on behalf of our client, a reputable demolition company based in Bristol. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Site Administrator to join their team for a period of 6 months. If you have a background in administration this could be the perfect role for you. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator, preferably within the demolition or construction sector.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative activities of the demolition site.
- Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for project managers and site teams.
- Handle correspondence and communications with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Support inventory management and procurement processes related to site needs.
