Site Manager - Painting & Decorating

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in site management specifically within the Painting & Decorating sector. Our client is offering a competitive rate of £280 per day for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the Painting & Decorating industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and rectify any issues promptly.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
