Contract Site Manager - Fit Out
Connect Grp UK Ltd is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Contract Site Manager to join our client, a dynamic family owned building company. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong background in Interior Fit-out. The successful candidate will be engaged on a temporary basis for a period of 18 weeks, with an attractive compensation rate of £280 per day.
The project is a fit out of a commercial office space in Warrington.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong background and expertise in Interior Fit-out projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple disciplines on-site effectively.
- Possession of relevant Site Management certifications and qualifications.
- SMSTS
- 1st aid
- Black / Gold CSCS card
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Manage site operations, including planning, resource allocation, and workforce management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise promptly.
