Site Manager - Interior Fit-Out
Connect Grp UK Ltd is pleased to present an opportunity for a Contract Site Manager on behalf of our esteemed client, a reputable Interior Fit-Out company based in Central London. This short-term contract, lasting for 3 months, offers a competitive rate of £250 per day. We are looking for a skilled Site Manager who brings a wealth of experience in the interior fit-out sector. This position requires leadership, industry knowledge, and a practical approach to on-site challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the Interior Fit-Out industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and subcontractors.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction/management (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
- This will be in an occupied office so the applicant MUST be presentable ands have excellent interpersonal skills as you will in direct contact with the client & current office staff on a day to day basis,
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports, updating stakeholders as needed.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues as they arise and implement proactive solutions to maintain project timelines.
