Site Manager
Connect Grp UK Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of a prominent Carpentry company in East London. Our client is actively seeking a Site Manager to oversee the fit out of a new gym. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in site management and a proven track record in delivering high-quality fit-out projects. This contract role offers a competitive pay range of £250, providing an excellent opportunity for talented professionals in the carpentry sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the Interior Fit-out sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry and related trade practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and tradespeople on-site to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
