Contract Site Manager - Oxfordshire
Connect Grp UK Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client. We are seeking a skilled fit out Site Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a substantial background in Site Management, particularly within the Interior Fit-out sector. This role offers an attractive daily rate of £300p/day, making it an excellent opportunity for the right individual to further their career.
Refurbishment of bars and hospitality spaces during a dark period. Numerous bars on the go at the one time.
Needs to be a pro-active fit-out site manager with no issue on long days, 7 days a week.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the Interior Fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering fields.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients and subcontractors.
- SMSTS
- Black or gold CSCS card
- 1st aid
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules, for stakeholder review.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
