Site Manager – House Building (Timber Frame) | East Midlands | £55,000 - £65,000 + Package
Are you a Site Manager with residential house building experience looking for your next project with a stable, growing developer?
We're working with an established affordable house builder delivering quality, mainly timber framed residential schemes across the East Midlands. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of a live development.
What's on offer:
£55,000 - £65,000 basic (dependent on experience)
Car allowance
Fuel paid monthly at the Government's approved rate
Annual bonus scheme
Company share scheme
45 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 07:30-16:30
What you'll need:
Solid Site Manager experience within residential/house building
Timber frame experience highly advantageous
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid at Work
Full UK driving licence
