Position: Electrician
Location: Richmond, United Kingdom
Duration: Up to 1 year
Salary: £200 per day
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in social housing projects
- Perform electrical inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or queries from residents
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Liase with the wholesaler (You will be put in touch with by the contractor)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in social housing or similar projects
- In-depth knowledge of NHF Rates, Remedial, Repairs & Voids.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid electrical license or certification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- You must have a Valid Driving License & Van to able to transfer materials for site to site
