Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Pay Rate: £22-£23 Per Hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Erecting and installing steel structures, including beams, columns, and frames
- Following blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Operating equipment such as cranes and lifts to move steel into position
- Ensuring that all safety regulations and standards are met on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Steel Erector in a construction environment
- Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
