Are you a time served electrician looking for the next step in your career or a current Project manager looking for a change to SME where you can progress in a varied role.
Working for an established electrical contractor specialising in Retail shop fitting for over 30 years, They are looking for a new team member to grow and progress their career within a smaller company.
Duties will include project management of projects from the initial estimating stage right through to handover and the production of O&M manuals.
The role will involve ;
- Estimating and quoting projects from drawings.
- Planning labour, ordering materials and plant,
- Monitoring and overseeing the project to ensure it runs smoothly to budget and time.
- Problem solving to ensure projects are delivered.
- Building relationships with clients and supplier chains.
Requirements;
- Ability to use CAD and are experienced with NICEIC certification processes would be ideal but in no ways essential the ability to understand and learn new skills is more important.
- Ideally 18th edition.
Candidates need an adaptable approach to working hours and be willing to travel nationwide to attend site meetings with occasional nights away. A good attitude to variation in workload is essential as is the ability to work closely with colleagues in a small team.
Pay Rate: Salary is flexible for the right candidate and determined on experience.
Location: predominantly Cannock Area
