Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Demolition Labourer or in a similar role within demolition projects
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow site safety protocols
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to demolition sites
• Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour tasks
• Reliable transport or means to commute to Buckinghamshire
• CSCS Card

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the safe and efficient demolition of structures according to project specifications
• Handling and operating basic tools and machinery required for demolition tasks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and waste
• Supporting more experienced demolition operatives in everyday site activities
• Adhering to health and safety policies and wearing the necessary personal protective equipment at all times

Working hours: 07.30am - 16.00pm 

Day Rate: £240 per day 

Duration: 6 months+

Duties: Metal conduit, containment and wiring

Please be aware it takes 48-72 hours for clearance before your start date due to the place of work your attending.

About the Role

We're looking for an Electrical Working Supervisor to lead a small team on a commercial install near Old Street. A willingness to contributing hands-on to installations if needed will be required. You'll be the on-site point of contact for quality, safety, and schedule, keeping projects on track and up to spec.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assign, and supervise electricians and apprentices on daily work
• Perform hands-on electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair
• Ensure all work meets company safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Coordinate materials and labour
• Communicate progress, issues, and changes to management and clients

Qualifications

• JIB Gold card
• SSSTS or higher equivalent
• First Aid (Beneficial) 

This position is an immediate start with a negotiable rate depending on experience

• Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning instructions.
• Basic physical fitness to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Reliable with a professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties on interior fit-out sites according to project specifications.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, including both commercial and industrial spaces.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely.
• Assist in the setup and removal of site cleaning materials as required.

Duties will involve containment, wiring and 2nd fix installations. 

Must hold valid JIB Gold Card.

Work hours: 07.30am - 16.30pm (9hrs)

Day Rate: £260 per day

Duration: 4-6 weeks

Location: Trafalgar Square

Online induction will need to be completed prior to attending site.
