The Job

Based in Luton, you’ll be the vital link between the factory and the sites — collecting materials, loading up and heading out across London and the South East each morning. When you’re not on the road, you’ll be supporting the yard and stores team at their Farnham/Guildford operation.

Day to day you’ll be:

• Collecting materials from the factory and preparing daily deliveries
• Driving a long-wheelbase Sprinter (or similar) to sites across London and the South East
• Supporting stores and yard operations when not out on deliveries
• Keeping the van clean, stocked and road-ready
• Working closely with the ops team to manage schedules and priorities

What You’ll Need

• Full, clean UK driving licence — essential
• Experience driving LWB vans or commercial vehicles
• Comfortable with early starts and navigating London routes
• A stores, logistics or trade delivery background is a bonus
• Reliable, physically fit, and a strong communicator

The role its self day to day working supervisor role, when deliveries are coming in, you will be expected and willing to get involved and work as part of the team helping to complete them working as a team. 

You will need the following: 

• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid SSSTS certificate

• Experience in a similar role and be able to provide checkable references of this. 

For the right person, this will be a long term project expecting to last 7-8 months and will finish Christmas time 2026.

This position will be paid CIS and be a day rate of £190 per day.

The role will involve all aspects of carpentry, beginning with 1st fix works including joists and external decking, before progressing onto 2nd fix carpentry inside the properties.

Connect Grp UK are currently seeking 4 Demolition Labourers for an 8-week project commencing at the end of April.

Role & Responsibilities:
Duties will include all aspects of a soft strip demolition, including site preparation, removal of non-structural elements, and general labouring tasks as required.

Requirements:
Successful candidates must have:

• A valid CSCS Card

• Proof of Right to Work in the UK (where applicable)

• Full PPE

• The ability to provide 1–2 checkable references

Please note: 2 of the 4 operatives must hold a valid IPAF ticket.

Project Details:

• Duration: 8 weeks

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts

• Paid hours: 11 hours per day (55 hours per week)

Pay Rate:

• £16.75 per hour (CIS payment)
